"A childhood fascination for collecting shells, stones, mermaid's purses and feathers has been my inspiration. My jewellery and silversmithed vessels have always been very tactile and organic and the use of these natural found objects enhances this tactility. I have created series of work based on pod like structures, gum nuts, acorns and daisies. New collections are incorporating the idea of ring sets; clusters set with precious stones such as diamonds, pink sapphire, tourmaline and aquamarine."
