 "This body of work is part of my continuing exploration into the elusive nature of time and transition. I am inspired by the idea of finding beauty in the everyday environment. Using photography, Perspex, printmaking techniques and glass, disparate transparent images are layered and hidden, stacked together to create intimate atmospheric spaces. Underlying all of this are ideas of romance, the inherent beauty of the landscape, longing, anxiety, boredom, memory and loss. And, a belief that memory has no fact, nor fiction."
