Pretzels, popcorn and corn chips - and I'm not talking snacks.
Melbourne jewellery designer Lucy Folk has cast moulds of some of her favourite foods and cooked up a quirky jewellery range.
Having been involved with the food industry at her family-run business, the Observatory Cafe, Folk says food is a subject that is close to home.
"Making everyday things we adore to eat become precious things that we love to wear is part of my skill. The results put a smile on the face of the wearer, and feed your eyes instead of your belly."
Last year, Folk launched her first solo show - aptly name 'Nibbles' - at Pieces of Eight in North Fitzroy. One piece was a crotchet necklace of hot dogs.
Her new collection, 'More Nibbles', features popcorn, pretzels, burger rings and corn-chip pendants in solid silver, and in some cases 24ct gold plating, which hang from sterling silver chains.
The jewellery is stocked at Pieces of Eight. Prices range from $350-$900.
