We are very excited to introduce our newest artist,
Melbourne-based maker Georgie Brooks!

Coming to us with a background in History and Interior Design, Georgie's works are influenced by Roman and Byzantine eras, reimagined in a contemporary context.
Predominantely working in oxidised silver, she fuses thin pieces of pure gold onto her textured surfaces to create bold contrasts.

"The surfaces I create need imperfections and weathering before I can make them into something. I believe when an object appears weathered with a graphic patina it becomes more tactile and engaging."
