1. The Promoter & Prize

The Prize: 1 x Kate Rohde Chrysanthemum Bowl, 1 x Pieces of Eight Parfum 10ml and 1 x Melanie Katsalidis Parfum 10ml,

2. Eligibility

Age: There is no age requirement.

Residency: Entry is open to Australian residents only.

Exclusions: Employees of The Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Limit: Participants may enter as many times as they wish providing they follow the entry requirements.

3. Promotion Period

Start Date: The Promotion starts at 2pm AEDT on Monday 27th April 2026.

End Date: The Promotion closes at 12pm AEDT on Wednesday 6th May 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries across the platform(s) after the giveaway closes at 12pm, Wednesday 6th May 2026, using an online random picker.

Notification: The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram on the draw date.

Claiming Prize: The winner must respond and claim the Prize within 10 days of initial notification. If the Prize is unclaimed, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw. The prize can be collected from Pieces of Eight Gallery by the winner or Pieces of Eight Gallery can provide complimentary Aus Post Express shipping.

6. General Conditions

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Complete Release: By entering, each entrant or participant provides a complete release of Instagram.

The Promoter collects personal information from entrants solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion (including the notification and provision of the Prize).

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter as described herein.

The winner consents to the Promoter using their name and Instagram handle for publicity purposes, including announcing the winner on the Promoter's social media and website.

9. Disqualification and Integrity

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who:

Tampers with the entry process or the operation of the promotion;

Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

Engages in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

Any entries that are automated, bulk-generated, or submitted by third parties will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

10. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.

If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to any act of God, disaster, infectious disease, or technical failure), the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of  Victoria, Australia.

Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
