/ Beneath the Surface: Opening Night Event /

We had such a wonderful time last Thursday night, as we launched Luke Maninov Hammond's first solo exhibition at Pieces of Eight, 'Beneath the Surface'.

Luke was kind enough to give a brief talk about the inspiration behind his collection, which explores neuroscientific themes and gives an outlet to the discoveries he makes through his microscopy work at the Queensland Brain Institute, where he works as a neuroscience imaging specialist.
