Initial Consultation:
First, book your appointment with one of our skilled team members; the journey then begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, the significance of the piece, and your aesthetic preferences. This is where you can share images, sketch ideas, or simply describe the feeling you want the jewellery to evoke. We'll guide you through different gemstone cuts, colours, plus metal options and sizing to find the perfect foundation for your design.

Stone Selection:
This is often the most exciting part. Leveraging our extensive network of ethical suppliers, our artists can source a selection of sapphires, diamonds, or alternative gemstones tailored to your vision and budget.
If you're unable to attend the gallery in person for a gemstone viewing, we will present you with high-resolution imagery and videos, showcasing each stone's unique characteristics, including its colour zoning, brilliance, and inclusions. You are then able to select the gem that speaks to you.

Design:
Once a gemstone has been selected, our skilled jewellers create detailed sketches and/or drawings. This allows you to visualise the final piece from every angle before they begin crafting. We'll refine the design together, ensuring every detail, from the claw settings to the band's profile, is exactly as you imagined.

Crafting Your Piece:
With the design approved and a 50% deposit placed, your artist begins to meticulously handcraft your piece. This is where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary design, using techniques that ensure the final piece is not only beautiful but durable enough for everyday wear. The process typically takes 4–6 weeks, and we'll keep you updated on its progress.

The Final Creation:
Upon completion, your unique piece is quality checked by our team and presented to you. It's more than just an object; it's a piece of your personal story; a tangible symbol of a special moment, and an heirloom to be passed down.
