Description
An ice cream cone, mid-catastrophe. The cone has toppled, the blue scoop surrenders slowly to gravity, and a cherry, once symbolic of elevation, of near-perfection, has been cast adrift. The Drip Drip Drip ring captures a moment that cannot be held: the instant a simple pleasure meets an entropic, uncontrollable end.
Cool blue topaz traces the falling scoop. Sapphires mark the hollow where it once sat, nestled in a champagne diamond cone. An earthy sapphire cherry in a molten pool with its tsavorite garnet stem sinking into the golden surface. The cherry is caught, the drip suspended.

This ring is part of our La Grande Fête exhibition and must remain in the gallery until May 30th, 2026.
