18ct yellow gold with freeform Australian blue sapphires 8.8 x 4.0mm 0.89ct, and 8.9 x 4.0mm 0.93ct, and 2 x baguette cut Australian Argyle diamonds 4.9 x 1.9mm, C2-3 VS-SI 0.20 (total carat weight).
