Augurio by Juan Castro: Last Days

Visit our Melbourne gallery to catch the final days of Juan Castro's jewellery and object installation, Augurio.

Juan's display covers bold statement rings and ethereal earrings, complimented by bronze sculptures & lighting adorning our windows. The pieces are inspired by the history of Juan's homeland, Spain, seen in a contemporary light.

Augurio is showing until Sunday February 16. Visit the gallery and select a handcrafted work of art to take home.

The colourful pink tourmaline & ruby Minerva ring, and the richly hued gold & amethyst Midas ring.

"I have incorporated a pallet of colours from the Arabic influences in each corner of the south of Spain, and used a regal square cut for the gemstones, referencing the shapes and forms of Visigothic jewels and objects."

The El Rapto De Europa ring, set with a trio of emerald cut tourmalines, and the Las Tres Nereidas ring, with emerald cut aquamarines

The Laurel earrings, in sumptuous gold plated silver.
