Origins is a contemporary exploration of the captivating world of Australian gemstones and the extraordinary designs they inspire. This group exhibition showcases the raw beauty and rich cultural heritage of Australia's precious gems, harmoniously fused with innovative craftsmanship and the distinctive design aesthetics of 16 Australian jewellery artists.

Australia, known for its diverse and awe-inspiring landscapes, is also home to an abundance of sought-after gemstones. From the fiery opals of Lightning Ridge to the vibrant sapphires of Queensland, and the warm champagne diamonds of Western Australia's Kimberley region, these exquisite gemstones carry the essence of this vast and extraordinary continent. Through this exhibition, our artists embark on a journey that delves deep into the heart of Australia's geological wonders, illuminating the mesmerising colours, patterns, and textures of our natural landscape. Blended with the design ingenuity of our artists, Origins showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of Australian jewellery design. Each piece tells a story - a narrative that intertwines the ancient wisdom of the land with the modern expressions of its people.
